All of our products are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if a product is unavailable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- During sales or peak times, processing may take slightly longer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not automatically accepted.

- Our products are made with natural ingredients, but we recommend performing a patch test before full use.
