Refund policy

At Minnah Beauty, each product is carefully handcrafted with love, using high-quality natural ingredients. Because our items are handmade and designed for personal care use, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used for health and safety reasons.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review the following policy:

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with scent/texture.

Returns are only accepted if the wrong product was shipped, or if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Address / Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost. We can re-ship the order once a correct address is provided, but the customer will be invoiced for the new shipping fee. Please note that once an order is picked up by the carrier, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Minnahbeauty0@gmail.com.

To process your request, please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, we will offer either:

replacement of the same item (shipped at no additional cost), or

refund issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Because products are handmade in small batches, we do not offer exchanges.

Final Sale

All products are considered final sale once shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
